About Us

We have experience growing microgreens as part of a large commercial operation In San Jose, CA that sold greens to fine dining restaurants in the SF Bay Area. While the greens were popular and were of exceptionally fine quality, the high cost of doing business there meant prices were high.

We have designed and built Hidden Falls Greens in our new location to grow high quality microgreens with much lower costs. Our mission is to grow the highest-quality microgreens and provide them to the public at lower prices so everyone can enjoy them. Highest quality includes appealing colors, exotic and concentrated flavor, and highest nutritional value.
